Oaks Melbournecollins Hotel seeks a part-time Guest Service Agent who will provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out.

We are looking for someone who embodies a welcoming presence and can effectively communicate with guests. You will be the face of our hotel, providing valuable insights on local attractions and eateries, and ensuring that our guests feel at home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and check in guests
  • Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Make bookings and assist guests during their stay

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to work a variety of shifts on a full-time basis, including weekends and public holidays
