Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a passionate team to deliver seamless booking experiences, maximise revenue, and ensure every guest's journey begins with confidence and care.
  • Manage room inventory, rate strategies, and distribution systems to optimise occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align strategies and drive performance.
  • Monitor and respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold luxury standards and service principles.
  • Analyse booking trends, prepare reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office leadership.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, distribution systems, and booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for guest service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
