Lead Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our guest experience team and deliver exceptional service at a luxury resort.

The successful candidate will prioritize delivering personalized guest service, curate local experiences, and lead a team of professionals who share their passion for luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience & VIP Service
  • Provide exceptional service to VIPs, long-term residents, and high-profile guests.
  • Coordinate amenities, transport, and special requests with precision and flair.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships and local expertise to curate bespoke Noosa experiences.
    • Team Leadership & Culture
    • Train, mentor, and motivate the concierge team to deliver seamless, discreet service.
    • Manage rosters, performance, and team development while fostering a culture of excellence.
    • Drive upselling and guest engagement through proactive service and promotional initiatives.
      • Operations & Administration
      • Oversee reporting, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial goals.
      • Ensure compliance with safety and service protocols across all touchpoints.
      Qualifications

Your Background

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel Concierge or Front Office role.
  • Impeccable grooming, guest service standards, and local area knowledge.
  • Proficient in hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Australian working rights (PR or Citizen).
  • Holds a valid Driver's License, RSA, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Physically capable of manual handling (up to 23kg) and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Les Clefs d'Or membership (or actively pursuing).
  • Hospitality or tourism qualification (preferred).
  • Second language skills (preferred).
