Senior Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guest Services Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction with our guests is memorable and enjoyable.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, managing teams and driving business growth. You will also have a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience & VIP Service
  • Coordinate the provision of bespoke services to high-profile guests and ensure their every need is met.
  • Manage the concierge team to deliver seamless and discreet service to all guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Team Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, train and mentor the concierge team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork within the department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement.
  • Operations & Administration
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the concierge team, including roster management and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior role within luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
