Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a Head Concierge. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering five-star experiences and has a knack for exceeding guest expectations.

Job Description

The Head Concierge will be responsible for leading a high-energy team, curating unforgettable local experiences, and delivering seamless service to our guests. They will be the welcoming face of Sofitel, setting the tone from the moment guests arrive.

  • Lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Curate bespoke Noosa experiences through strong vendor relationships and local expertise.
  • Coordinate amenities, transport, and special requests with warmth and precision.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel Concierge or Front Office roles.
  • Impeccable grooming, guest service standards, and local area knowledge.
  • Proficiency in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizen).
  • Holds a valid Driver's License, RSA, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Physically capable of manual handling (up to 23kg) and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Les Clefs d'Or membership (or actively pursuing).
  • Hospitality or tourism qualification (preferred).
  • Second language skills (preferred).
