Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience & VIP Service
    • Provide personalized support to high-profile guests, coordinating amenities and special requests with precision and warmth.
    • Cultivate relationships with local vendors to curate unique Noosa experiences for guests.
  • Team Leadership & Culture
    • Lead, train, and mentor the concierge team to deliver seamless service, fostering a culture of excellence.
    • Manage rosters, performance, and team development while driving upselling and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Operations & Administration
    • Oversee reporting, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial goals.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and service protocols across all touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership in luxury hotel Concierge or Front Office role.
  • Impeccable grooming, guest service standards, and local area knowledge.
  • Proficient in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizen).
  • Holds a valid Driver's License, RSA, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Physically capable of manual handling (up to 23kg) and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Les Clefs d'Or membership (or actively pursuing).
  • Second language skills (preferred).
