
Luxury Guest Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead a high-energy team, curating unforgettable local experiences and delivering exceptional moments with effortless flair.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest relationships, coordinating amenities and special requests, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience & VIP Service: Be the primary point of contact for VIPs, long-term residents, and high-profile guests. Coordinate transport, amenities, and special requests with precision and warmth.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, train, and mentor the concierge team to deliver exceptional, discreet service. Manage rosters, performance, and team development while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Operations & Administration: Oversee reporting, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with safety and service protocols across all touchpoints.
- Proven leadership in luxury hotel Concierge or Front Office role.
- Impeccable grooming, guest service standards, and local area knowledge.
- Proficient in PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Australian working rights (PR or Citizen).
- Holds a valid Driver's License, RSA, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Physically capable of manual handling (up to 23kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates with Les Clefs d'Or membership or actively pursuing preferred.
- Hospitality or tourism qualification (preferred).
- Second language skills (preferred).
