We are seeking a talented and motivated Guest Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the guest journey from the initial inquiry to their departure.

Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is gearing up for an exciting relaunch following a multi-million-dollar transformation, setting a new benchmark for luxury on the Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a passionate team to deliver seamless booking experiences, maximise revenue, and ensure every guest's journey begins with confidence and care.
  • Manage room inventory, rate strategies, and distribution systems to optimise occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align strategies and drive performance.
  • Monitor and respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold Sofitel's luxury standards and Heartist service principles.
  • Analyse booking trends, prepare reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office leadership.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, distribution systems, and booking platforms (Opera preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for guest service and a commitment to luxury standards.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Full Australian working rights.
