Customer Success Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead the ongoing success of key relationships.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of high-level relationship management and day-to-day execution of customer success initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute tailored strategies to drive client growth and engagement.
  2. Build and maintain strong, strategic account relationships with clients.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention and churn to inform business decisions.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
  5. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
