Strategic Account Growth Manager

The role plays a key part in driving business growth through acquiring new customers while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.

You will drive and execute on the go-to-market strategy for Australia, delivering business outcomes for large enterprise customers by leveraging expertise in solution selling in SaaS or data spaces.

About The Role

Key responsibilities include building awareness for Kafka and Confluent, actively prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing sales pipelines in Australia, closing business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives, and building strong relationships within the Enterprise space.

Key Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on technology and software development
  • Deep understanding of database, open-source, messaging, and big data technologies
  • Ability to articulate and sell the business value of big data and related solutions
