Job Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic Account Growth Specialist to drive sales growth and profitability in grocery and mass merchant channels.

  1. Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and implement innovative solutions for customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  3. Support market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform high-level strategic planning.
  4. Create commercial strategies to drive market leadership and sales excellence.
  5. Participate in critical customer negotiations to secure agreements.
  6. Deliver presentations to senior audiences, articulating complex value propositions.
  7. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to optimize customer engagement.

You will succeed in this role if you have experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, and Account Management in B2C environments from specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domains.

The ideal candidate should possess effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also essential.
