Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Facilities Management action plans to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to the new office location.
  • Analyze workplace utilization data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Generate reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting project status updates and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong MS Office applications, with solid experience in MS Excel (dealings with large datasets).
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk reporting, issue management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
