We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Victoria. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales and long-term rentals within your assigned territory for all products.

Salary: $85-90K + Company car + Commission

About the Role:

  • Promote and sell our range of access equipment solutions to customers in VIC.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet branch objectives and drive sales growth.
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients to maximize market penetration and gross profit.
  • Develop and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders to enhance performance through new and existing customer connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Present market trends, sales reports, and submit enquiries, quotes, and demos promptly while ensuring timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to finalize sales, follow up with customers, and exceed service expectations.
  • BUILD and maintain strong client relationships while continuously seeking sales process improvements.
  • Enter and update data in our CRM system, including contacts, company details, leads, quotes, and follow-up information.
  • Complete all required reports, meeting deadlines and providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, customer interactions, and any other relevant information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in internal/external sales and business development.
  • Experience or exposure working with products/equipment from industries such as mining, construction, or heavy machinery/vehicle is desirable.
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
