As a leader in document management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the technical roadmap for various document management systems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for document management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, enhancements, and technical requirements.
  • Lead the technical planning and execution of product development, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Formalize and drive a strategy surrounding unstructured data sets and document lifecycle management.
  • Prioritize initiatives and communicate progress and updates.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development teams to ensure successful implementation of product enhancements.
  • Work with adoption and transformation teams to understand impact, feedback, and adoption material needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and drive product development from a technical perspective.
  • Experience in being in front of the business and participating in user-facing initiatives.
  • Sense of urgency with a positive can-do mindset.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to document management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
