We are seeking a seasoned professional to create high-quality technical documentation for projects in the health sector and contact centre environments. This role focuses on crafting clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical specifications, process documents, and operational guides.
The ideal candidate will develop and maintain technical documents, specifications, and process guides for health and contact centre projects. They will translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain technical documents, specifications, and process guides for health and contact centre projects.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
- E nsure documentation meets organisational standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Maintain version control and manage documentation updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the preparation of training materials, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Proven experience as a technical writer or technical document specialist in IT or business transformation projects.
- Experience creating technical specifications for solutions involving health sector systems and/or contact centre platforms.
- Strong ability to understand and document complex systems, workflows, and integrations.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (MS Word, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in regulated environments (health, government, or finance).
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile delivery, or project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
- Technical writing and documentation.
- Documentation tools (MS Word, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
