We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality user documentation across the entire customer lifecycle.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work closely with customers, support, sales, marketing, product, and R&D teams to ensure that our technical documentation meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Explain complex technical concepts in simple language, making it easy for our customers to understand and use our products.
  • Utilize design thinking to deliver a mix of traditional and web-based user content, providing an exceptional user experience.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather information, create, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Demonstrate a relentless eye for detail, ensuring that all documentation is error-free and meets our high standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations, applying your knowledge to improve our documentation and provide valuable insights to our teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably with technical hardware and/or software products.
  • A degree from a higher education institution focused on engineering or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a passion for working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in MadCap Flare help authoring tool, Confluence, and Jira is advantageous.
