As a Clear Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating accurate and practical documentation that drives process consistency and contributes to audit readiness. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex processes into user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and work instructions to meet regulatory standards
- Ensure documentation meets internal templates and accessibility requirements
- Develop visual aids such as process flows and schematics to support understanding
- Maintain document version control and ensure documents are up-to-date and accessible across the business
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, Engineering, Reliability, and Safety teams to capture best practice
- Identify outdated or missing documents and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with People & Culture to support onboarding and training delivery through quality documentation
- Contribute to audit readiness and compliance by ensuring documentation accuracy and accessibility
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
- Experience in technical writing, ideally within regulated environments
- Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear and concise documentation
- Excellent written English skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systems
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and develop visual content
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A hands-on, practical mindset and willingness to work closely with frontline teams
