As a Clear Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating accurate and practical documentation that drives process consistency and contributes to audit readiness. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex processes into user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and work instructions to meet regulatory standards
  • Ensure documentation meets internal templates and accessibility requirements
  • Develop visual aids such as process flows and schematics to support understanding
  • Maintain document version control and ensure documents are up-to-date and accessible across the business
  • Collaborate with Operations, QA, Engineering, Reliability, and Safety teams to capture best practice
  • Identify outdated or missing documents and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with People & Culture to support onboarding and training delivery through quality documentation
  • Contribute to audit readiness and compliance by ensuring documentation accuracy and accessibility

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
  • Experience in technical writing, ideally within regulated environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear and concise documentation
  • Excellent written English skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systems
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and develop visual content
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A hands-on, practical mindset and willingness to work closely with frontline teams
