Job Opportunity

As a customer growth facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of cloud services worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming leads across a wider geographical region to ensure timely follow-up and conversion into opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects and existing customers through phone discussions to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs for effective solution provision.
  • Generate interest and present high-level visions of AWS solutions to potential customers to increase portfolio adoption.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies related to cloud computing to maintain expertise and provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Achieve monthly qualification goals as part of the team's performance metrics.
  • Update and maintain customer information within Salesforce.com for data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide detailed call notes to account management teams to ensure seamless opportunity understanding and next steps.
  • Present technical solutions to diverse audiences, including AWS colleagues, prospects, and customers, relevant to target industry or market.
Requirements
  • Experience in IT sales with a focus on navigating prospective accounts from and into senior executive levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office products for efficient workflow management.
