- As a key member of the Department of Communities and Justice, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the voice of children and young people in NSW.">
- The Participation Manager manages and coordinates the development and implementation of projects that amplify the voices of children and young people in decision-making processes.">
- You will lead the Participation Team, providing operational direction and guidance to ensure a collaborative, achievement-oriented culture.">
**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver resources and projects that foster knowledge creation and dissemination about the lives of children and young people in NSW.">
- Manage high-level engagement with children and young people, government stakeholders, and non-government partners.">
- Manage the Participation team's output and provide operational direction and guidance.">
**Requirements:**

- Experience as an experienced leader who can manage a high-performing team.">
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, write comprehensive reports, and possess a working knowledge of data analysis and government policy development.">
- Ability to address complex or technical information to varied audiences.">
- Comfort in developing tailored approaches.">
