- **Salary: $139,787.00pa to $161,663pa, plus superannuation and annual leave loading**:
- **Temporary opportunity, 12 month maternity leave cover.**
**Your role**
The Participation Manager manages and coordinates the development and implementation of a range of projects that strengthen the voice of children and young people in the decisions that affect their lives.
**What you'll do**
You will also provide operational direction and leadership to ACYP's Participation Team including managing and coordinating team activities to establish and maintain an outcome-oriented culture of teamwork, achievement and accountability.
The Participation Manager will deliver and manage resources, budgets, and projects that contribute to the creation and dissemination of knowledge about the lives of children and young people in NSW.
**What we're looking for**
This role involves a high level of engagement with children and young people, government and non-government stakeholders and the management of the Participation team and team's output.
You will be experienced in managing a high performing team, managing stakeholder engagement, a skilled report writer and have a good working knowledge of data analysis and government policy development.
