- Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize revenue by identifying and pursuing new reservations sales opportunities.
- Develop and supervise a team of Reservations Sales professionals to achieve personal and team revenue targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to foster loyalty and drive long-term growth.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior work experience not necessary.
- OR 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, front desk, or related area.
- Core Work Activities:
- Market Analysis and Revenue Growth:
- Identify high-value reservations sales opportunities to achieve individual and property revenue objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service:
- Support customer loyalty and deliver exceptional service throughout each interaction.
- Service customers to grow share of the account.
- Maintain excellent customer service consistent with daily service basics of the brand.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Monitor Reservations Sales agents during phone calls.
- Develop and implement departmental orientation programs for employees.
- Utilize on-the-job training tools and create monthly labor schedules for the team.
