Reservations Sales Agent

\We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling incoming reservations enquiries in a timely manner, upselling and maximizing revenue opportunities.
\As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times. You will act as an ambassador for our company, aiming to enhance our image and market reputation, both internally and externally.
\You will lead by example when attending to guest requests, demonstrating efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate recording, resulting in memorable experiences and stays for our guests.
\A can-do attitude is essential, as you will turn any potential 'problems' into proactive opportunities. We are looking for someone who is IT savvy and has previous experience with hotel systems, although this is not essential.
\The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar reservations environment or customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
