Revenue and Reservations Specialist

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is a leading hospitality brand with over 50 hotels worldwide. Our team focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

We are seeking a skilled Revenue and Reservations Specialist to join our dynamic team at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, this role offers opportunities for career growth in a supportive and fun environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with quoting and converting leisure group business of 10+ rooms
  • Developing and building rapport with regular clients and Travel Agents
  • Communicating efficiently with other departments within the hotel
  • Handling and processing reservations and inquiries
  • Carrying out pre-arrival checks ensuring accuracy of guest and reservations information

Requirements:

  • Ambition to progress your career in the Revenue and Reservations department
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS system preferred but not essential
  • Ability to multi-task and work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
