Strategic Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead our talent acquisition strategy at Y NSW.
About the RoleThis pivotal role will focus on enhancing our recruitment processes and practices, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top-tier talent that aligns with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational goals, working closely with leaders to create a cohesive plan.
- Lead innovation in recruitment practices and technology, ensuring a streamlined and inclusive approach.
- Build a creative team culture to enhance candidate sourcing and recruitment experiences.
- Champion Y NSW's Employer Value Proposition.
- Improve recruitment systems and tools for efficiency, using data to guide strategies and measure success.
- Manage recruitment systems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for updates.
- Train recruiters and hiring managers on effective system use to ensure data integrity.
The Y NSW is a profit-for-purpose organisation focused on healthy living, social impact, and empowering young people. We operate 24 recreation centres, 53 out-of-school-hours care services, and two camping locations which employ 1,500 staff across NSW – and fund our diverse range of enriching community programs.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, emphasising innovation, process improvement, and candidate experience.
- Proven track record in implementing recruitment technologies and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
- Customer centricity, the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Demonstrated skills in technology enablement and innovative approaches.
