Talent Acquisition and Data Specialist Role in Sydney

HR Partners is excited to be partnering with a reputable international retail organisation, prioritising customer satisfaction.

This full-time permanent position reports into the Head of People & Culture, where you will be a key member of an innovative HR team. The organisation values collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment processes for all retail positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidates meet job qualifications and align with company culture
  • Gather and present essential HR metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and employee engagement patterns
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition within a retail setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
