Workforce Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a Workforce Manager to lead our strategic workforce planning and drive business outcomes. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, enabling us to deliver consistent, person-centred care to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a long-term workforce supply plan that supports future growth.
  • Overseeing forward rostering practices to maximise workforce efficiency and reduce travel time.
  • Collaborating with sales and service delivery teams to forecast workforce demand and ensure readiness for new clients.
  • Monitoring key workforce performance metrics and using data to inform decision-making.
  • Leading initiatives that continuously improve service delivery and align with our broader strategy.
  • Embedding workplace health and safety best practices and fostering a safe, inclusive and respectful work environment.
  • Coaching, developing, and resourcing your team to deliver exceptional work and grow in their roles.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to turn strategic goals into tactical plans.
  • Staying on top of industry trends and regulatory changes to keep us ahead of the curve.
