About the Role
  • Drive portfolio performance through regular reviews, action plans, and supporting FM team capability.
  • Support the delivery of strategic asset plans with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, technical services excellence, and operational and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee capital and project delivery ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
  • E embedding building compliance and safety, environmental considerations, waste recycling, and key procurement and contractor management priorities.
  • Directly responsible for the facilities management of 2 retail assets within the national portfolio.
About You

You'll possess extensive FM experience within a retail environment coupled with relevant tertiary qualification in property/engineering/trade. Superior knowledge in Operational and Facilities Management and compliance requirements is essential. You will have demonstrated ability to lead and influence a remote team, initiating change, resolving performance issues, and conflicts with a solution-focused, client-centric approach. Sound financial acumen and stakeholder management skills are also required.

A strong organisational and problem-solving skillset with the ability to deliver results effectively will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
