Job Description

Are you a motivated and organized individual looking to take on a leadership role in retail operations? We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Woolworths Baulkham Hills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail operations staff to achieve exceptional customer service and store standards.
  • Create and manage effective rosters to ensure seamless coverage during peak periods, including early mornings, days, late nights, and weekends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Store Leadership Team to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of time and attendance, leave management, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • A valid full Australian drivers licence (Green P's or full licence) is essential for this role, as you may be required to collect trolleys using our vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop creative solutions.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to work across various shifts, including early mornings, days, late nights, and weekends.
