About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and expanding relationships with key customers while managing the NSW Mining Account Managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Deliver outstanding customer service, drive market share, and implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of NSW Mining Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement efficiencies, standardisation, and planning across all NSW mine sites.

Requirements:

  • Business degree or related qualification.
  • Proven experience in sales management or account management, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand systems, processes, and financial statements.
  • CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
