Job Title: Change Implementation Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage change initiatives within the Talent Team. This role is responsible for driving alignment between transformation goals and project execution, with a focus on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational objectives and assess their impact.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process, fostering strong relationships to gain support and buy-in.
  • Create and deliver effective communication plans and training programs to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Lead specific projects or workstreams and integrate change activities into broader project timelines.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience identifying problems and solving them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formal certification in change management is an asset.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
