About the Role

TikTok is seeking a product marketing professional to lead go-to-market efforts for performance solutions in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product growth and adoption for specific TikTok ad products and/or measurement products in Australia & New Zealand
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop best practices through the lens of performance marketers to drive business outcomes
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop local product marketing collaterals
  • Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesise market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on brand marketing campaigns
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing business for performance campaigns
  • Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the industry and strong understanding of client's digital marketing objectives for these industries
  • Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills
