**Job Summary**

TikTok is seeking a seasoned product marketing professional to lead the go-to-market strategy for performance solutions in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the AUNZ Product Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with in-market sales and global product teams to drive growth and adoption of TikTok's ad products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute product growth and adoption strategies for specific TikTok ad products and/or measurement products in Australia & New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop best practices and drive business outcomes through the lens of performance marketers.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop local product marketing collateral.
  • Act as the voice of the market to the product team, analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing market opportunities, in-market feedback, and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising, or relevant experience with a strong focus on brand marketing campaigns.
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, and work independently.
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in digital marketing business for performance campaigns.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the industry and a strong understanding of client's digital marketing objectives for these industries.
  • Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills.
