About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Bravura Solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product marketing strategy in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing and product messages.
    • Manage marketing budget and resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Product Marketing
    • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns and events that drive engagement and sales.
    • Develop thought leadership content that supports corporate, sales, and product efforts.
    • Conduct research to inform content and campaign development.
    • Commercialize new product initiatives and create targeted go-to-market campaigns.
  • Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute superfund and advisor campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
    • Experience creating campaigns that leverage the full marketing mix to drive product sales initiatives.
    • Originate thought-led events and webinars.
  • Public Relations
    • Work with global PR manager to manage and optimize APAC PR firm.
    • Identify news stories and articulate them clearly for media consumption.
    • Identify and manage thought leadership and profiling opportunities for key spokespeople.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage people and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing channels and strategies that maximize visibility and effectiveness of messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities and ability to work in a matrix-style organization.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to quickly build strong internal relationships, including with senior leadership team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Project management capability.
  • Proven analytical and commercial skills.
  • Strong strategic skill set and ability to communicate and translate high-level information into a tactical plan.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing communications role, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree qualification in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Experience working within an enterprise technology/software B2B organization, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience creating innovative marketing initiatives, communication plans, and content.
  • Drive and resilience to deliver excellence amidst tight timelines and changing circumstances.
