We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Marketing Manager to join our dynamic ANZ Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our solutions marketing performance and driving go-to-market activities for our solutions roadmap across both provider and consumer channels in ANZ.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Solutions Marketing Lead APAC in tailoring our global/regional product innovation pipeline for launch in ANZ.
- Adapt product marketing materials from regional/global product teams and translate them into in-market GTM and lifecycle plans for ANZ, considering market and sales channel dynamics.
- Foster strong working collaboration with Consumer Health and Provider Product Marketing teams.
- Drive last-mile marketing activities, including marketing communications and collateral, and product and sales training, in collaboration with the ANZ commercial marketing and consumer marketing teams.
- Partner with ANZ sales and finance leads to analyze portfolio performance, optimize portfolio mix, and maintain pricing and promotions discipline across the portfolio.
- Support the development of evergreen portfolio marketing campaigns for ANZ, in collaboration with commercial and consumer marketing teams.
- Work with the ANZ commercial marketing team to optimize the provider channel customer experience in interacting with ResMed solutions.
- Act as the voice of the market in shaping portfolio nuances/needs, providing input to upstream product marketing.
- Be the portfolio SME in ANZ, supporting reactive customer/sales team queries, and delivering appropriate portfolio training and support to sales and retail teams.
- Manage product lifecycle issues, such as Field Safety Notices, and drive relevant actions with the sales teams in the market.
- Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience in healthcare or digital healthcare.
- Medical devices and/or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Project and product management experience from product lifecycle launch to delivery and post-launch.
- Ability to quickly grasp an understanding of relevant market demands and their impact on the portfolio.
- Self-starter, able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
