About the Role:


We're seeking a skilled Senior Customer Success Representative to join our fast-paced call centre environment, where you'll be the critical point of contact for our tradie customers, ranging from sole traders to small and medium business owners. As a Senior Customer Success Representative, you'll manage a portfolio of 500+ accounts, helping tradies maximise their return on investment (ROI) through our platform, ensuring they get the most value from their subscriptions.


This is a high-volume phone-based role, where you'll make at least 60 dials or 2.5 hours of talk time through inbound/outbound calls, hit revenue targets by upselling, renewing subscriptions, and handling debt collection, and manage accounts by renewing tradies' subscription contracts before they expire, identifying opportunities to upgrade subscription packages to suit their business needs, retaining customers by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing tailored solutions, and negotiating payment plans that benefit both the customer and the business.


Requirements:


  • You've worked in a high-volume call centre before and are comfortable making 60-80 dials a day or hitting 2.5 hours of talk time.
  • You're resilient, driven, and love turning a "NO" into a "YES" with your sales and negotiation skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy winning when hitting targets.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • You're comfortable with learning new systems and adapting to new processes.
  • Able to travel to the Sydney HQ minimum 6 times per year for training and events.

Salary:


The estimated salary for this role is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a range of perks and equity via our Employee Share Program.
