Awarded as a dynamic leader with a proven background in hospitality, you will inspire and guide a passionate team to deliver outstanding service and ensure the continued success of this vibrant property. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to take the reins of a thriving hotel, driving performance and innovation while maintaining an engaging, collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a talented team of hospitality professionals to support their personal growth and contribute to the overall success of Novotel Sydney Darling Square. Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the guest experience are key objectives. You will also collaborate with all departments to ensure the achievement of operational targets and seamless service delivery.

In order to succeed, we require a minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, backed by a proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, driving profitability, achieving exceptional financial results and driving commercial performance. A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce or business administration would be highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary of AUD 120,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
