LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to oversee the operational planning and implementation of its hotel operations in Sydney. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in multi-site management, strong understanding of hotel operations, and excellent leadership skills.

The Operations Director will be responsible for determining the most efficient ways for each housekeeping department to operate, overseeing housekeeping management, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and procedures are in place to deliver exceptional guest service. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure daily budget targets are met through effective planning, forecasting, manning, productivity tracking, and labor reporting.

This position involves an overarching responsibility for Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) compliance, ensuring that teams adhere to applicable legislative requirements and that equipment is safely maintained, serviced, and tested annually as needed. Furthermore, the Operations Director must ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and training records are current and up-to-date, including regular Toolbox Talks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to create and implement plans to drive business success. This may involve developing training programs, retraining staff, and implementing new processes. Effective multitasking, self-management, and stress management are essential in overseeing multiple sites.
