We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead Hotel Morris Sydney - Handwritten Collection, a unique heritage-listed boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Sydney's CBD. This exceptional opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in delivering personalised guest experiences, strategic vision, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving Business Success: Maximising profitability while effectively managing financials to ensure long-term success.
  • Building Relationships: Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, owners, and suppliers.
  • Servicing Guests: Ensuring seamless guest experiences through effective leadership and strategic direction.
  • Motivating Teams: Championing employee engagement and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and inspired.
  • Elevating Performance: Supporting all departments to achieve operational excellence and exceed performance targets.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar role, preferably within a boutique hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Fosters a strong, positive owner relationship.
  • Ability to deliver creative and innovative service experiences.

Salary Range:$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
