D4C seeks an Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team in an exciting time of growth. You will help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of iconic water resources.

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of construction projects efficiently ensuring they are completed within set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

  • You will support Construction Leads to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope within time, cost, quality and regulatory standards.
  • You will set daily, weekly and long-term project programs to achieve required project outputs with plant, labour, materials and resources.
  • You will monitor and review costs, invoices and claims for allocated projects.
  • You will contribute to constructability of a project with respect to design development.
  • You will undertake tender evaluation and award of subcontract procurement packages.
  • You will monitor quality and quantities of incoming equipment and materials against drawings and specifications arranging corrections or modifications where necessary as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • You will analyse document and record management systems to track progress and project performance reporting non-compliances.
  • You will demonstrate sound people management skills managing work packages and performance of Subcontractors and Self-Perform workforce.
  • You will liaise and coordinate with external parties and statutory authorities managing their attendance on site as required.

You will contribute to a good safety quality environment and community culture with a view to Deliver Differently.

Requirements:

You must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering Science Building Construction Construction Management or equivalent.

You should have a minimum 5-10 years' engineering experience and a White Card.
