Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium of leading Tier 1 organisations – John Holland, Service Stream and WSP.
We partner with Sydney Water to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across the southern region from Bondi to Gerringong and out to Georges River.
D4C seeks an Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team in an exciting time of growth. You will help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of iconic water resources.
Job Description:The primary purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of construction projects efficiently ensuring they are completed within set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
- You will support Construction Leads to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope within time, cost, quality and regulatory standards.
- You will set daily, weekly and long-term project programs to achieve required project outputs with plant, labour, materials and resources.
- You will monitor and review costs, invoices and claims for allocated projects.
- You will contribute to constructability of a project with respect to design development.
- You will undertake tender evaluation and award of subcontract procurement packages.
- You will monitor quality and quantities of incoming equipment and materials against drawings and specifications arranging corrections or modifications where necessary as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- You will analyse document and record management systems to track progress and project performance reporting non-compliances.
- You will demonstrate sound people management skills managing work packages and performance of Subcontractors and Self-Perform workforce.
- You will liaise and coordinate with external parties and statutory authorities managing their attendance on site as required.
You will contribute to a good safety quality environment and community culture with a view to Deliver Differently.
Requirements:You must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering Science Building Construction Construction Management or equivalent.
You should have a minimum 5-10 years' engineering experience and a White Card.

Salary Range: $120000 - $150000 per annum depending on experience.
