About the Position

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of water infrastructure projects, from planning through to completion. This involves leading a skilled team, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Duties

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing risks and challenges proactively.
  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders and clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing civil construction projects, particularly water infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of water systems, pipelines, and utilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
