About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale construction projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their requirements.
- Maintain high levels of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Site Supervisor on major projects with good all-round structures, finishes, and fit-out exposure.
- Demonstrated Tier 1 or 2 employment longevity, showing loyalty and consistency in past roles in the industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
