Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and open communication.
- Lead a team of engineers, subcontractors, and site staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Implement project plans and maintain quality control to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, troubleshooting issues to keep the project on track.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction, ideally with experience on projects valued at $50M-$70M.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams toward successful project outcomes.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and compliance.
- Proven experience in budget control, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
