Senior Chain of Responsibility Specialist

The role involves developing and implementing chain of responsibility systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
The Position- Design and deliver chain of responsibility systems to meet industry requirements.
- Collaborate with entities to establish bespoke practices aligned with the organisational framework.
- Work with stakeholders to implement chain of responsibility regulations.
- Establish a governance framework to monitor COR performance metrics.
- Partner with training specialists to develop modules on chain of responsibility principles.
- Prior experience in transport, logistics, quarrying, defence force, or construction sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry, including NHVR guidelines.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes.
- Relevant industry licenses and competencies, such as Construction Industry Induction Card certification.
- Familiarity with MS Suite applications and data analysis tools.
- An annual social calendar of company-sponsored activities and events.
- A corporate social responsibility program supporting not-for-profit initiatives.
- Bonus leave equivalent to six extra days per annum for staff members.
