Job Title:

Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain professional to manage and deliver Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation. The successful candidate will provide expert support in the acquisition of Defence capabilities by applying Through Life Support and Sustainment Management knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, manage, and deliver ILS documentation.
  • Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice for critical contract deliverables.
  • Assist in planning and developing ILS programs.
  • Provide specialist ILS advice related to project execution analysis, definition, and planning.
  • Deliver SME materiel sustainment guidance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless ILS activity management.
  • Manage Logistic Support and Inventory Management requirements.
  • Support codification and cataloguing processes.
  • Perform additional project support tasks as directed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A suitably qualified ILS Professional with 7+ years experience within Defence or a related industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Defence Logistics systems, tools and processes.
  • General familiarity with land vehicle systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in the current Capability Life Cycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
