Supply Chain Specialist Job Description

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will have the opportunity to work with various teams to drive process improvements and develop strategies for inventory management, transportation, and labor planning.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Design and maintain scalable labor planning tools that adapt to seasonal variations and business growth
  • Lead root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements
