Chain of Responsibility Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our chain of responsibility initiatives across multiple business units.
The RoleThis key role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of management systems that meet or exceed regulatory standards for heavy vehicle chain of responsibility.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement bespoke practices for individual entities based on an organisation-wide framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of their chain of responsibility requirements.
- Maintain a governance framework that monitors overall performance of COR.
- Work closely with learning content creators to develop training modules on COR expertise.
- Previous experience in industries such as transport and logistics, quarrying, extraction, defence force, and/or construction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry and NHVR regulations.
- A proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.
- Familiarity with MT data and advanced MS Suite skills.
