
Lead Chain of Responsibility Auditor

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a CoR Compliance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our transport providers, distribution centers, and stores comply with the National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Audit Program: Create and maintain an internal audit program aligned with NHVAS and HVNL requirements.
- Schedule and Conduct Audits: Schedule, prioritize, and conduct audits based on risk and compliance history of transport providers, stores, and distribution centers.
- Prepare Audit Reports: Prepare clear, evidence-based audit reports identifying non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and Upskill Team Members: Train and upskill existing audit team members in CoR compliance assurance practices, ensuring consistent understanding and application of NHVR requirements across assurance activities.
- Adapt to Changing Business Needs: Adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple engagements effectively.
- Experience with CoR Obligations: Demonstrated understanding and experience with Chain of Responsibility obligations and NHVR regulatory requirement compliance.
- National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme: Exposure to the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme is viewed favorably.
- Familiarity with Internal Control Concepts: Familiarity with internal control concepts, auditing standards, and risk assessment practices.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
