Job Title: Athletic Program Manager

The Athletic Program Manager is a key role in the delivery of sports programs at Ravenswood School for Girls.

This position involves administering and delivering sports programs, including organizing, promoting, and implementing sports initiatives, staff management, competition management, and coordination of House sport carnivals.

The successful candidate will work closely with other Physical Education/Sport staff, liaise with students and parents regarding sports programs, and possess excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key qualifications include relevant tertiary qualifications in sports management, sports science, or human movement, experience working in sport, current First Aid Certificate and CPR, and demonstrated experience in planning and implementing programs, including staff management and computer skills.

A strong understanding of Strength & Conditioning principles would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and deliver sports programs
  • Organize, promote, and implement sports initiatives
  • Manage staff and coordinate House sport carnivals

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills

Requirements:
