Elite Athlete Growth Manager

The role of Elite Athlete Growth Manager is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for driving the success and growth of elite athletes in the sport of netball.

As an Elite Athlete Growth Manager, you will lead and oversee operations, focusing on athlete development and performance. Key duties include ensuring robust and dynamic teams are operating within well-defined procedures, mentoring staff, demonstrating technical understanding, leading a high-performance culture, collaborating with committees, planning training programs, and providing feedback and guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will require 10 years' experience developing elite athletes and coaches, a passion for excellence, and a proven ability to implement successful Netball programs. You must also possess exceptional leadership skills in Netball and high-performance sport management, as well as current certifications in First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation.
