Head Coach of Athletics and Cross-Country

The Ravenswood School for Girls seeks a qualified and experienced Head Coach to lead their athletics and cross-country programs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in coaching and experience managing similar programs. They will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, managing school carnivals, and overseeing student training and competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and manage the school's athletics, cross-country, and Strength and Conditioning Centre (SCC) programs
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Manage school carnivals and oversee student training and competition
  • Ensure the safe use of SCC facilities
Requirements
  • Proven track record in coaching
  • Experience managing athletics and cross-country programs
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Athletics Australia Track and Field Coaching accreditation
  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and/or ASCA Strength and Conditioning Level 1 or equivalent
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Driver's Licence (bus licence preferred)
